1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of G & R Machining LLC (grmachining.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Quotes and Order Processing

All quotes provided by G & R Machining LLC are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of the request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to re-quote if specifications or quantities change.

3. Quality Standards

G & R Machining LLC operates with high-precision standards. Unless otherwise specified on a purchase order, parts are inspected to the tolerances provided in the customer-supplied drawings. We are currently in the process of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D certification.

4. Intellectual Property & Technical Data

Customers retain all rights to their technical drawings and intellectual property. G & R Machining LLC agrees to use such data solely for the purpose of providing quotes and manufacturing parts. We adhere to ITAR and CUI data handling regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

G & R Machining LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
